Privacy requests - data export and deletion

Ampli supports your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws. During public beta, export and deletion are handled manually by our support team - typically within 30 days.
Who can request
- Your own account: Any user may request export or deletion of their personal data.
- Organization data: Only an organization owner (or authorized admin with written owner approval) may request organization-wide export or deletion.
How to request
Email support@ampli.social from the email address associated with your Ampli account. Include:
- Request type: export, deletion, or correction
- Scope: personal account only, or entire organization (owners only)
- Organization name (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you are the account holder or authorized representative
We may ask you to verify identity before processing.
What we provide (export)
A typical personal export includes:
- Account profile (name, email, role)
- Share history and scheduled shares
- LinkedIn connection metadata (not raw LinkedIn OpenID tokens)
- Notification preferences
Organization exports may additionally include posts, team membership, and analytics summaries. Exports are delivered as CSV/JSON via secure link or encrypted email.
What we delete
Personal account deletion removes your account and memberships, revokes LinkedIn tokens stored by Ampli, and anonymizes share records where feasible.
Organization deletion removes org content, memberships, and settings, and cancels active Stripe subscriptions. Content already published on LinkedIn is not automatically removed - delete those posts separately on LinkedIn.
After you submit
- We acknowledge within 5 business days
- We complete the request within 30 days (Initial Launch SLA)
- You receive confirmation when processing is complete
